We had a great stay at this place, it's just a short walk to the bus stop, ski slope, and Krupowki, the beds were really comfortable, and there's a convenient kitchenette.

The location is ideal, with only a 5-minute walk to the ski rental and Shymoshkowa polana. From the rooms, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Gevont mountain. The rooms themselves exceeded my expectations - they are new, cozy, and incredibly clean. The common kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The host was also very kind and even gave us a small Christmas present. Highly recommended!

The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, and the setting by the creek is marvelous, plus we received a warm welcome from the owner.

I recently stayed at Willa Anna for a ski trip and had a great time. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to Polana Szymoszkowa and close to bus stops. It's also only a 15-minute walk to Kropowki. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the kitchen downstairs was useful for making tea and coffee. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and there was even a place to dry our ski equipment. The Wi-Fi was reliable and there was a perfect view of the Gevont mountain.

The apartment at Willa Anna was well equipped and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the cozy attic where our child slept. The kitchen in the room had all the necessary amenities, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at ease throughout our stay. Despite being slightly away from the city center, the location was perfect for us as it offered peace and tranquility. The view from our window was breathtaking. we had a wonderful experience at Willa Anna.

Although the road leading to the property was narrow and slippery after snowfall, the properties on the sides did their best to grit the road. Additionally, the cleaning solution used in the common areas had a strong smell which was not to our liking.

The staff is incredibly friendly and forgiving, as they didn't charge us for accidentally breaking a glass frame on the wall. the place is comfortable and the owner, despite not speaking proper English, is very friendly. the facilities are great, with everything we needed, and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. the location is quiet and close to the ski lifts.
